The winning team
Each client team is assembled based on the skills and experience needed to manage our client’s business.  The teams consist of consultants who work on different levels ranging from a co-ordinator to a director-level consultant. This model ensures our clients will always be well backed up in any situation or workload.  When needed, Espresso uses outsourced consultants who provide their expertise and operate seamlessly as part of our team.

Right from the start
Espresso starts each relationship with a meeting to setup and agree on goals, measurable outcomes and deliverables for each client.  The meeting allows us to understand our client’s expectations, their needs, set budgets, objectives and reporting processes.

Fully accountable
We operate with full transparency with our clients.  Every activity and deliverable undertaken is accounted for.  Our consultants record and report client activities undertaken on a daily basis through an online billing system.  Each client receives an activity report on a monthly basis outlining time spent by activity and consultant.

Dedicated face time
Besides providing regular work-in-progress reports, consultants schedule weekly or fortnightly meetings or conference calls to ensure all activities are being carried out as scheduled.  These meetings allow us to review plans and ensure we are on track with meeting goals set for the program.

Picking the right tools
Espresso has access to the right tools for every communication need.  Whether its media intelligence, media analysis, syndicated audio and television content distribution or a media release distribution service, we can recommend the best tools for the success you need.

Trusted relationships
We run a lean operation so we don’t have full-time graphic designers, event managers, direct or online marketers on staff.  But we are connected with some of the best vendors we have a working relationship with.  We trust them and use them as part of our extended team because they understand our clients needs and have a record of delivering.

Staying on track
Espresso reviews the progress of our client relationships through formal account reviews.  This provides us with feedback to evaluate the performance of our consultants and review the program if needed to ensure the activities remain relevant to a client’s needs.
