Team/Project Coordinator

Part time – 20hrs per week Salary $55 plus super.

Working from a fantastic co working space in Chippendale this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is driven, has strong attention to detail and is able to see the big picture.

We are looking for a proactive coordinator ideally within the tech space and well versed in social platforms. You will be responsible for a diverse range of tasks from event coordinator to project administration. You will be the office go to person, responsible for keeping multiple balls in the air. This could range from facilities, diary management, document and presentation prep, internal databases management and general all round coordination.

Your communication will be second to none with the ability to adapt your approach for different stakeholders. You need to be able to multitask effectively in an ever changing environment.

This role is what you make it. If you are passionate, adaptable and the kind of person to see something and “just get it done” we should talk. The Account Management team need a right hand – is this you?

The ideal person

  • 2-4 years of PR or journalism experience (agency ideal)

  • Super smart, unafraid of both thinking and delivering

  • Excellent client management skills

  • Corporate B2B Comms technology experience (super ideal)

  • Strong writing skills and knowledge of Australian media
